RPS
Stable pressure, continuous filtration.
RPS is FIMIC’s automatic melt filter, designed to ensure consistently stable operating pressure, even when processing contaminated or challenging materials.
An important advantage, made possible by an innovative continuous discharge screw system that works in synergy with a forced-feed cylinder to keep the scraping channels clean and minimize residue
Ideal for high-productivity plants, RPS ensures consistent flow, high performance and maximum efficiency even during extended cycles.
Consistent precision across every line.
RPS stands out for its ability to maintain stable and consistent pressure over time
The secret ingredient? An adjustable-speed screw discharge system paired with a cylinder that forces the scraping channel to stay clean, preventing buildup and blockages.
The outcome is fluid, uniform filtration, ideal for production lines where maintaining pressure is critical.
How does RPS work
Contamination is directed toward the discharge screw, which continuously and controllably expels it. Meanwhile, a push cylinder optimizes internal cleaning, keeping the system always ready to operate without slowdowns
- Adjustable continuous discharg
- Automatic cleaning of scraping channels
- Consistent and controlled operating pressure
- Compatible with post-consumer materials
All the advantages of RPS
The screw operates continuously to prevent fluctuations, protecting the plant and improving production line consistency. This makes it possible to install automatic melt filters even on lines where stability is an absolute must.
The system is designed for production lines where continuity is a priority. Every stage of the process runs without interruptions, ensuring a consistently uniform final result.
The valve discharge features cooling Thanks to the integrated cylinder, the scraping zone remains free of residue. This reduces impurity buildup and extends the filter’s service life. .Even the most stubborn contaminants, such as aluminum, can be processed and removed.
Contamination is gradually expelled without stopping the cycle. The adjustable screw ensures a perfect balance between efficiency and control.
The system is fully automated and controllable via a touch panel. The operator does not need to intervene—the machine works autonomously, without complications.
