WHAT IS ITS MAGIC INGREDIENT?


Two internal filtration chambers and two independent discharge valves, which, therefore, allow you to choose a superior filtration at the first step and an inferior one at the second. This means that the less expensive punched screens, from 400 to 2000 micron, protect the laser screens, from 100 to 300 micron, positioned as the second step. As a result, there is a significant reduction in costs, even from an energy point of view.

The non-auger valves also allow you to process more aggressive types of contaminants, such as iron and sand, without damaging the filtering screen.

With ERA, the hourly production rate of the extruder increases, precisely because the melt filter allows the material to flow out without any obstacles. The filtering surface is almost 5,500cm² with just one melt filter thanks to the two filtration chambers!
